I really like my job, and right now I’d choose to stay in it. I enjoy my work because I get to use maths and computing to help understand real-world events and risks, which feels useful and exciting, and also like that I keep learning new things all the time, from coding tools to ideas in physics and data science. If I had to choose something else- I’d probably choose to teach these subjects so I can inspire more people into the field šŸ™‚

I do love my current role and don’t think I would change it unless it was the next step up for me. I do think that if I wasn’t into technology then I would most likely work with animals!

I hope in my current role to learn new skills as a cyber analyst to one day progress into security engineering.

I absolutely love my job. There are very few jobs that allow me the same level of flexibility to work my own hours, run my own lab, order my own chemicals, and tinker with my own equipment, all while learning about science and helping students achieve their goals.

If I were to change roles, I would love a public-facing role where I could help the general public and politicians better understand science, so they can make better decisions and be less afraid of the unknown!
