      I live in Kettering with my wife and dog. I am a SharePoint developer in the day. I love going to the Gym and trying new activities. In my spare time I like to take our dog to new parks alongside trying new foods.

    • How does my work involve computers?:

      I design and build tools and pages within SharePoint which our client will use. Making improvements like automating the long boring tasks to make their work easier saving them time and money.

    • My Work:

      I am SharePoint Developer. This is a Microsoft Application that’s a big storage and collaboration tool that companies use to store documents, share information, work together on projects and automate the long boring tasks.

    • My Typical Day:

      My typical day starts around 6 a.m. with either a gym session or a run. After that, I head back home to take our dog for a walk. Since I work from home, my commute is just a short walk upstairs to my office, and I usually start work just before 9 a.m. Around lunchtime, I like to go for a brief stroll to stretch my legs before getting back to work until 5 p.m.

    • What I'd do with the prize money:

      I have always enjoyed the part of building a home network or building a computer. My idea would be to have a challenge to evolve an existing or creation for a network to meet a set of criteria, with some blockers to help make the challenge more interesting.

      I went to Maiden Erlegh Secondary school and after GCSE’s I went to UTC Reading to study IT Extended Diploma.

      After completing my time at UTC Reading, I chose to go down the apprenticeship route instead of University where I completed my APM Project Management Qualification while working at Costain.

    • Current Job:

      My current role is based with CGI as a SharePoint developer as part of a new project as with CGI works for all sorts of clients in different industries including government contracts, Insurance, oil and gas, building companies, car companies etc.
